Proof of Claims
The Trustee’s office will not disburse any funds to a creditor until and unless a Proof of Claim is timely filed with the Clerk’s office.  Neither originals nor copies of Proof of Claims should be mailed to the Trustee’s office.  A Proof of Claim for a secured debt must attach copies of security documents to confirm a timely perfected security interest.

The Trustee may object to a Proof of Clam that:

·       is not timely filed;

·        does not attach sufficient perfection documents;

·        is not in compliance with Bankruptcy Rule 9037 regarding redaction of personal information; or

·        Is incorrectly completed.
