two ways.

Include your case number, address, a phone number you can be reached
at during normal office hours, and the date and location of the
class you'd like to attend. |
2. PhoneFrom 8:00AM - 4:30PM please call (501) 537-4400 or (866)
304-8146 Toll Free. After hours you can leave a voicemail at (501)
537-4427.
If leaving a voicemail please include your case number, address,
a phone number you can be reached at during normal office hours, and
